Terms of Service

These terms cover EchoLike: the EchoLike browser extension, the AI agents and tools directory at echolike.app, and the @echolike_radar Telegram channel (together, "EchoLike"). EchoLike is run by Nova, an individual founder. Contact: hello@echolike.app.

By using EchoLike you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What EchoLike is

• The extension saves your likes and bookmarks on X (Twitter), plus any written or voice notes you add, and sends them to your own EchoLike connection.
• The directory is a free website listing AI agents and tools.
• @echolike_radar is a Telegram channel that posts alerts.

EchoLike is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp., Telegram, or any tool listed in the directory.

2. Provided as-is

EchoLike is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or keep working if X or Telegram change how they work. Directory listings and channel alerts are information, not advice (including financial advice). Check things yourself before relying on them.

To the extent the law allows, Nova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for EchoLike in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 0 if you paid nothing).

3. Acceptable use

Don't: - break the law or the rules of X or Telegram while using EchoLike; - try to break, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or get unauthorized access to EchoLike or other users' data; - resell or redistribute EchoLike or its content without permission; - use EchoLike to spam, harass, or collect other people's personal data.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.

4. Paid plans and billing

Some features may become paid. Pricing is not announced yet; prices will be shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles the checkout, billing, taxes, invoices and payment data, and its own terms apply to the purchase. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

Your likes, notes and voice notes stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and process them to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and ending

We may change or discontinue any part of EchoLike, and may update these terms. Important changes will be posted on echolike.app with a new date. You can stop using EchoLike at any time by uninstalling the extension and leaving the channel.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia (provisional, pending confirmation).
