Refund Policy

EchoLike pricing isn't announced yet. This policy applies to any paid EchoLike plan or purchase once payments are live. The directory and the @echolike_radar channel are free.

14-day refunds

If you're not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@echolike.app with: - the email you used at checkout, and - your order or receipt number from Dodo Payments.

We'll reply within.

How it's processed

Payments go through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Once approved, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

If a plan renews automatically, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. After 14 days, payments for the current period aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Exceptions

We may refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund. Nothing here limits any rights you have under your local consumer law.
